Remote support

I can offer support and training by remote control over the internet.  To do this I use a program called AnyDesk which is free for personal use.  You just need to download Anydesk anbd run it: https://anydesk.com/en-gb/downloads/thank-you?dv=win_exe

You do not need to install this program, you just run it and let me know your ID number.  I can then log into your machine and control the mouse, adjust settings and install drivers.  You will have to gove me permission to do so.  Once you shut down AnyDesk your machine can no longer be remote controlled and nothing is running in the background.

This can be used for either diagnosing problems or for training. I can also talk to you as I do the remote control either via the phone or by Skype.
